The sole government portal for MSME registration is the Udyam registration certificate. It is an official platform for registering a new MSME or re-registering an existing EM-II (Entrepreneurs Memorandum, Part-II) or UAM (Entrepreneurs Memorandum, Part-II) or UAM (Entrepreneurs Memorandum, Part-II) or UAM (Entrepreneurs Memorandum, Part- (Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum).

The Registration Methodology
To register as a new entrepreneur, go to the main page and choose “For New Entrepreneurs who are not yet Registered as MSME or those with EM-II. Choose “For those who currently have registration as UAM” or “For those who already have registration as UAM through Assisted filing” if you already have a UAM registration and wish to move to Udyam or Re-Register UAM.
When the “For New Entrepreneurs who are not yet Registered as MSME or those with UAM-II” button is pressed, the registration page is opened. To register, input the entrepreneur’s Aadhaar Number and name in the fields given on the website, then click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button.
Once clicking this button, PAN card data must be entered, and registration is completed after PAN card verification and udyam registration details are entered. If an entrepreneur does not have a PAN card, they can fill out the udyam registration form and the registration will be completed.
When the “For those already registered as EM-II or UAM.” or “For those previously registered as UAM through Assisted filing” button is pressed, the registration page is opened. To register, a person must provide their Udyog Aadhaar Number and choose the OTP option.
The alternatives are to get OTP by cellphone or email, as specified in UAM. After selecting the OTP Options, click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button. After inputting the OTP, fill out the registration form and your udyam registration will be complete.
Process Instructions for Registration
The portal includes directions for completing the registration procedure. It is in the manner specified at the bottom of the page in the portal.
